You can pay for products and services using both debit and credit cards.

Once our Finance Department confirmed received of your payment, order will be forwarded to the shipping department for fulfillment and a text and an email will be sent stating your order is now in process.

You can check your order status within 72 hours of payment by emailing customer support if you haven't received a text.

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT!

FIRST

We guarantee the delivery of your order. We honor every sale and as such we guarantee it’s fulfillment.

If your order is lost, detained or seized, or not received within 21 business days, we will re-ship your package FREE of charge.

SECOND

If you are unable to be home when your package arrives and your signature is required you will be left a notice. Please pick up your package at your notice time. 

THIRD

If for any reason your product(s) arrive damaged through the shipping process. You must immediately notify us by email to info@soulbodymindfit.com

*attach a photo of your broken or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your goods to qualify for reimbursement.

Unreported packages with damaged or missing items beyond 7 days will not be replaced or refunded.

FOURTH

Our REFUND Policy

You may return unopened products and packages ONLY promptly (within 7 BUSINESS days) of receipt, for a refund less a 10% of retail restocking fee for supplies.

We will not refund the flat rate shipping fee ($23.50). We cannot REFUND the returns of used or open products. 

We do not ship to the following countries:

3. Norway
4. Sweden
5. Finland
6. All African Countries
